Objectives:
- Installation of a partnership in the form of a commercial company (SPA) for the equipment, the exploitation and management of the container terminal of Algiers according to the international rules and standards of management.
Contributions:
- contribution of management and the processes of treatment of the containers.
- contribution of equipment and specific system of management.
- contribution to the authorized capital (to be agreed).
- contribution of market of national and international transhipment.
- integration of the harbour of Algiers in the Mediterranean network of transport of containers.
